U.S. Energy-Efficient Tax Credit Extended with Modifications

In December 2010, the US Congress extended the soon-to-expire Federal Tax Credit for installation of qualifying energy-efficient home improvements. The provision was extended for 2011 with some modifications to eligibility requirements, and reductions in the cap to $500 per home, and 10% of installed cost for qualifying equipment.
